165 N. Myrtle Avenue

165 N Myrtle Avenue is a single-story, 17,180 sq. ft. building completed in 1971. The building was originally utilized as a skilled nursing facility (SNF), but is now vacant. The SNF building was included in the 1988 CUP and subsequent amendments allowing an additional 59 beds for a total of 119 beds between both buildings. An enclosed walkway connects the SNF to the IRF providing easy access between the two buildings. This may present an opportunity to relocate non-clinical functions from the IRF to the SNF in oder to increase the bed count of the IRF to the maximum 60 beds.
